Look behind him at the "Time Since Polls Closed". 17 hours and 17 minutes. Seemed a weird number of minutes, given the time the news starts. (17 hours maybe, but 17 minutes as well?)

I also found it odd that this segment starts at about 88 seconds into the telecast. 88 is special for other reasons.
