He is not going to be the Senator. Didn't you hear Biden say his "wife" is going to be a great lady in the Senate? That was the moment that I knew for sure that he was going to be the winner no matter what the actual vote was. He will be declared incompetent and then Shapiro will appoint his "wife" to take his seat. Funny thing though, can't find a date anywhere that they were allegedly legally married, which is one of the requirements if you are here illegally to be able to apply for a Green Card! Common law doesn't count and is not recognized in PA.
