reverse osmosis will remove fluoride, but can be expensive to replace filters. The cheapest way is to get a triple carbon filter, the carbon will not remove all the fluoride, but the first hundred gallons or so reduces close to 70% of the fluoride, by the end of the filters life the amount of fluoride filtered out will be greatly reduced.
But its better than nothing, and the carbon still gets rid of almost all chlorine + other crap in the water
