I call bullshit on this, Russia evacuated their Troops ,from the right bank of the Dnieper River to the Left Bank because this is exactly what the Ukrainian afu had been trying to do ,they had already tried blowing it up,.several times,.before The Russian Millitary also evacuated Kherson itself because had the Dam been breeched thousands would have neen killed,,and why would Russian Troops in Civillian clothes blow it up they could easily have blown it up with Artillary or Cruise Missiles,..?..I wouldnt wipe my arse with the Daily Mail or any other newspaper for that matter,.
