Mix that with mil plane traffic being almost nonexistent over night and all the Poseidon and stratotankers filing into Florida yesterday, makes me really curious wtf is happening.

I think your stream might be a little delayed. I saw that earlier, there's a police SUV in the middle of the road right now keeping the crowd across the street.... As I was typing the SUV left and the crowd moved back up to the fence. Unless I'm delayed and the Segway people are gonna return soon on my stream.
