Well, we knew this. Thing was, we were wondering why this sort of laundering was being so obviously ignored on local levels. This is to be looking as the answer to that conundrum. This is far more toxic to the guilty, as it's on the GLOBAL stage as opposed to a local one. Far more eyes on it this way.
