Amen. on the Victory.
Yes, I heard my first gospel music growing up as my mother loved to watch a gospel program that came on weekdays at noon called "Heavens' Jubilee." There were the Oakridge Boys, The Sego Brothers and Naomi, the Blackwood family among many others. I remember her singing along with them and sometimes looking at her face as tears would flow from her eyes. I couldn't understand it then; but I do now. I think that was my first introduction to Christianity. I thank God she loved that music. In fact, as a child, my uncle was deacon of a small church where we actually got to go and meet the Oakridge Boy and the Sego Brothers and Naomi. My mother loved it. Oh precious memories and that is more than just the song says.
I too was a night owl for 10 years as I worked in a factory from 4 in the afternoon until 4 in the morning Monday thru Saturdays. It was a tiring 10 years and I don't know how I did it but I did. Before that I worked days making blue jeans for about 7 years and then I took care of my neighbors wife who had alzheimers for 2 years before her passing. Now I'm a babysitting Grandma so there isn't much of a night life for me anymore Haha. Okay, enough said, I didn't mean to drone on and on.
