If they have voted or who they voted for? That seems to be the catch 22. If we do not record votes associated with people, how can you really verify that votes are not getting flipped? If you do record it that way, it means that the voting record is no longer truly private.
I don’t know about NV but in CA you can verify they got your ballot but you can’t verify your vote went to your candidate
If it's publicly available information, it would be against the law to show who you voted for.
