Likely taking the X-37B that just came home to Vandenberg for refurbishment. The X-37B is basically a recoverable spaceborne spy satellite. NRO likely has 3/4ths+ of the payload called for every mission.

Wrong direction to Vandenberg C17 is tracking southbound over the Caribbean. Looks like they turned off the transponder too as it was at 10k feet and hasn't updated for a little over an house.
