Could Trump possibly announce a Patriot Party on the 15th?

With how the RINOs in the GOP have been knifing him in the back lately, plus reports that Trump is inviting certain members of Congress to mar a Lago on the 15th for his announcement, is it possible Trump is making his own party free of RINO influence?
