Steve Kirsch did a wtite up in his newsletter on it as well if you want to read. You have to scroll down, but he goes over the issues of domestic vs. foreign licenses. He is not putting two and two together yet, but it is a good overview of how it collapsed. Also, what is interesting is the password issue he had with another provider.
