Thinking out loud here.

I would be disappointed if he announced created a new party. That has zero impact on the fraud.

I will be disappointed if he is simply announcing he is running in 2024. They will just cheat him out of it.

For it to be meaningful it must be more than just announcing the fraud. As that will have no impact either.

I don't think he can announce the fraud, if the fraud has been caught it should be military or law enforcement announcing it for optics.

It is difficult for me to think of any statement that would excite me other than "The Storm is upon us".
