Seriously, if this is going to be "I'm running to be your president in 2024" that means he's completely detached from reality and his base. At this point, after so many disappointments such announcement would make him look like a total narcissist who enjoys attention. Country is in shambles and need military intervention NOW. Trump is smarter than "vote for me in 2 years", but we will find out pretty soon.
