I thought he would never announce that he was going to be running again in 2024 because that would admit that he lost the 2020 election?

It will be 2 years on January 20th so if Trump were to be reinstated before then he couldn’t run in 2024

I've heard that theory, but don't see how that makes sense. He won, they cheated, he has no recourse (at least, no recourse that the white hats are open acknowledging) except to run again. I don't see how that is an admission of having lost.
