Serious question. How can we trust our vote means something anymore?

He said elections will be different after he becomes POTUS again. Not before..that means we'll just sit here and hope somebody does something about all the info that comes out. But now hopium is tough to come by. And judging by thow these midterms played out. It seems the mil could give 2 fucks. Stay hopeful I guess and keep your mind focused on low expectations. That way when something does happen it seems great.
