One way to guarantee that you don't look like you're in the center of things is to hold a prime time press conference and announce a run for the highest office in the land.
well running for president keeps them from arresting him
or does it set precident that everyone else who runs cant hide
bigger minds than mine are figuring all this out and they have more to loss than me so
So it puts him in the spot light and makes him safe, or saves everyone else ... or there's no precedent that being a candidate protects you from indictment.
