The only tiny ray of hope I have in all of this is that Trump surely would not nuke his own base's morale the way he just did unless he was wrapping up. He's made no missteps for years and it would be weird to, seemingly intentionally, trip up this hard for no fucking reason. I'm still fucking pissed at the hype for that speech though.
There has to be more to it because, at face value, it was fucking pathetic and there's no way he thought that would be anything but a giant middle finger to his base at large and especially those who follow along background stuff.
What gets me the most, is why would he do this now, while we are at an all time low after just getting cheated again. How are we supposed to be excited about voting ever again? Trump could do well and bring everyone out to vote again, but they won't let him win. They took our elections from us. Wtf do we do now?
The hype was like a headline from GP, "BOOM"
If you don't deliver on the boom then it's just lame
It's too bad he basically made this same announcement in the last several rallies. Who was really surprised by this? And why wait - why not account before the midterms? It feels like he was afraid announcing would have hurt his picks, because if he really felt it would have helped wouldn't he have done it?
I'm just baffled tonight, and not afraid to say it.
You're glowing, glowie!
Grow the fuck up, please.
I suspect that I'm far more grown up than you'll ever be.
Ha.
The bear minimum I was expecting Biden to be in handcuffs.
