The cabal is using our money to which they get access from "our" politicians (their puppets) to create weapons for their population reduction.

Bio-weapons have nothing to do with the defense of America. The sole purpose of developing bio-weapons is to kill off huge swaths of the world's population. We need to start acting in self defense.
