Not sure how many people caught it, but he walked on to “Do You Hear The People Sing” from Les Miserables. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the musical, it’s about the French Revolution and follows many people along the fight. It’s such a powerful song and I often listen to it when I need to feel empowered. Give it a listen! https://rumble.com/vttvu8-do-you-hear-the-people-sing.html

"Les Miserables" is set during the June Rebellion, not the French Revolution (which took place 43 years earlier).
Good to know!
Thank you! I knew it was chosen specifically, but had not heard it before and did not know the significance until you posted.
I don’t know that it is “significant” because it’s about France and not the US. But the words of the song are very powerful and bring a tear to my eye.
I took it to mean the human spirit that will rise up and challenge wrong, and that transcends borders.
Trump has been playing this at the rallies for a year now. Trump personally chooses all the music.
Trump arrives to the music "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins. He had changed it after the 2020 election but is using again now.
Read the lyrics to understand why he plays it.

I love that! I’ve never been able to go to a rally before but I’ve watched many. This was the first time I had heard the song for Les Mis. I’m so glad he chose it
The song "In the Air Tonight" says "I was there and saw what you did".
Very important lyrics considering Trump was at every "Elite Gathering" and was always sober as these lushes said and did things that incriminated themselves.
That’s why he is a stable genius.
When I listen to the Les Mis song, it brings a tear to my eye knowing he listened to every word and picked that song for us!
