What ever happened to all the Trump Judges? They seem pretty impotent at this point 🤔 we're still being railroaded by leftwing judges on all levels
There is no such thing as a "Trump" judge. Trump can only nominate, McConnell and the senate are responsible for confirmation of prospective appointments. And that means that Trump can only realistically nominate a judge that the senate will likely confirm- in other words, judges that McConnell and the gang approve of. It's more accurate to call them "McConnell judges."
Trump appointed 226 judges in 4 years, which is a large # compared to past presidents serving 8 years. Just not seeing expected results from that
Yes, he did, and that is a good thing. But it is important for people to understand that all (or almost all?) major presidential nominations, and appointments- not just judges, are also influenced by the will, and authority of the US senate. A prospective candidate will not even get a [presidential] nomination, if the senate leader insists that such a candidate will not pass confirmation, and has the pull (confirmation votes) to ensure a block.
