Don't ever fall for the delta 8 trap. In the same boat as you, and short term regular use of delta 8 had me depressed, manic, speech issues, anxiety off the charts. Couldnt tell if i needed a neurologist or a nice padded room. For some who learn to be honest with themselves, the medicine makes the nightmare.
