The piece of shit WHO doesn't control MY or an other American's international travel. In fact, MY personal medical history is private and none of anyone's GD business. Period.

They do though, a country can require you to be vaxxed to enter, not just against Covid but anything really.

The WHO can’t make you get the jab but they can deny you entry for not having it
