Still though, despite all the brutality & ruin it's amazing they were able to rebuild at all, and so quickly. I can't imagine how much of our tax dollars are being sent over to the Middle East right now to 'rebuild' - oh, and not to mention Haiti and whatever other 3rd world country needs my tax money to 'rebuild'.
