Dems will be a solid block most likely against. Any defection from the Republican Freedom Caucus or other conservative wing members will sink (and humiliate) him. But then what?

Scenario; Those Republicans that held out voting for McCarthy have LEVERAGE for their agendas. McCarthy must adhere to their agendas to attain their votes. It could be a quasi contractual by documents, etc. FEET TO THE FLAME!
