Nicholas Joseph Gutierrez, 22, who allegedly plowed into a group of law enforcement recruits in southern California on Wednesday has been charged with attempted murder.

I had this thought myself, but Robert Luna "won" against Villinueva last week in the election. Why would they need a false flag if their guy already got in?

My guess? Because Alex opposed them and they have been well known to exact revenge to warn others NOT to cross them. BTW: LAPD is deep state controlled, but a lot of California sheriffs are not.
