For the record. What happened was that they made that drug unavailable at all pharmacies. They also removed the licence for doctors who prescribed it. It was more like coersion than reccomendation. They also made all news-outlets block the story about Ivermectin. And, they kicked people out of social networks because they mentioned Ivermectine. Also, that other drug that big-pharma presented afterwards proved to be ineffective. If somebody else than "them" did it, it would have been called murder.
