I believe it was a warning to the white hats. CS is a YUGE military complex & CO itself is the capital for the cabal, i have heard many times from various sources.

First time Hickenlooper ran for governor he was losing until late evening when trunk fills of ballots were ‘found’ in Boulder and cheated him over. Was the last time anything but dim had a chance. Maybe 17 years ago.
