I researched this and it seems the story was from Feb.3rd 2022 about a young man in N.Y. state.
On Feb.6th 2022, the same station ran a separate story on a young man in Mi. who also died shortly after the vax, same conditions etc, and they claim "no evidence found".
Sounds like they let the cat out of the bag too soon and ran the second story to make it appear as a retraction, but in fact it was a completely different death, in a completely different state.
