Been in business 35 years and have served in excess of 100,000 customers. Complaints are under 1% and about one tenth of those are from people in serious need of bipolar meds.

I once had a guy write a 5 page typewritten single spaced letter about one multiple choice question he took issue with. After reading about a page you could tell he misread the question. I didn’t dare write back because his anal complaint scared me and I thought he might be dangerous.

My husband and I ran a very successful business for 35 years and many of our clients were third generation clients. Winners refer winners and losers refer losers.Learn to recognize the latter.
