Been in business 35 years and have served in excess of 100,000 customers. Complaints are under 1% and about one tenth of those are from people in serious need of bipolar meds.
I once had a guy write a 5 page typewritten single spaced letter about one multiple choice question he took issue with. After reading about a page you could tell he misread the question. I didn’t dare write back because his anal complaint scared me and I thought he might be dangerous.
My husband and I ran a very successful business for 35 years and many of our clients were third generation clients. Winners refer winners and losers refer losers.Learn to recognize the latter.

I would have responded with a 5-page long multiple choice question as to what he thought would be the best way to solve the perceived problem.
I’ve learned it’s best not to provoke crazy people, lol.
👍
Correct! Sick people like this are always looking for confrontation. Hubby tells me this is nature's way of telling you to avoid them.
Nothing could drive me to sit there and write 5-pages on anything EXCEPT this

He probably didn't NEED meds, he was probably already ON meds.
Maybe the guy forgot to take them.
What I meant was, maybe it was the meds that were making him crazy.
Ah, bad side effects. "You can take this pill for depression, but it might also make you suicidal."
