Well, yes, actually. This world is temporary and was never meant to be anything more. Death is a transition, not a hard end like we've been told repeatedly. If your soul rests with God then no worldly evil may do you permanent harm. They may be able to harm the temporary vessel that we reside in, but that's it.

We have the most powerful being in all of existence on our side, what could be better than that? Any "victory" that our enemies may obtain will be a fleeting and temporary one in the grand scheme of things. We might not know all the acts of this grand show, but we know how it ends.
