he will have to attempt to use 25th (senility/dementia) to attempt to avoid culpability!

from the article: Trump went on to say the 25th Amendment is of “zero risk” to him, but will “come back to haunt Joe Biden” suggesting vaguely that it could be used again, saying: “As the expression goes, be careful what you wish for.”
