Remember folks, since gender is a social construct that means that it is literally the most important thing on the planet to be concerned about. Actual reality can go suck it, abstract concepts and social constructs are where it's at! And since it's a social construct we certainly don't need anything like fake penises to put on little girls who parents want them to be a boy, because that would imply there is some sort of physical reality that corresponds to the idea of "gender"!
