Then in thought you murder them....

The Buddhists know that watching traumatic films where people are being murdered etc makes your brain react as if this was happening to you....and is stored as trauma done to you...so to wish evil on another is to to murder them in your heart...which apparently is as bad as the deed and makes you as bad as them.

I understand the DESIRE for revenge but our job here is to not give in to desire .

In digging a grave for others you should dig two...you murder yourself as well.
