It does at least offer a mode of transmission. I did get affected myself, but I've no idea the component nor the mechanism which made it possible and generally people meet it with skepticism so I mostly keep quiet now unless it comes up.
Self treated with success thanks to advice from here but continue to experience issues. I did see a lady who had toxin sensitivity complain about reacting when exposed, but no others since then, though it keeps being discussed so I assume others have had an issue.
As I say, it does seem rare and I haven't come close to finding out how it's possible, though it was pretty unpleasant. Could be in the mind, though I've run a few informal tests since with isolation/reintroduction to others and it seems consistent. I am aware a study group of 1 doesn't really offer much in the way of proof...
Well, considering my own mystery illness I've been dealing with for several years, I'm the last person to judge and tell you it's all in your head. It's just baffling. But if covid itself was a bioweapon, it would make sense that exposure to the antibodies could do strange things.
Hope you find the cause of your illness and get better soon fren- have you tried getting advice here? I was staggered at the breadth of knowledge in the group.
As mentioned, it does seem vanishingly rare, I'd likely dismiss it out of hand if I hadn't gone to the trouble of replicating it several times. I'm no scientist though, just a willing guinea pig. It didn't feel like a normal illness- I did have a virus (no idea if 'covid' or not, family came home from China holiday in Oct 2019 when covid technically didn't exist and kindly transferred something pretty lively to me) so it could even be a case of re-exposure, but it's all guesswork until some kind scientific bod decides to put their career on the line and take a stab at proving it.
Yes I have many conversations saved... I'm treating it as a gut/brain problem... someday I'll have the budget to experiment more. So far the only thing that has caused a major improvement is homemade kefir.

Blessings to you!
To you too fren, the very best of luck with your endeavors.
