I am not too hopeful in that letter. Pence got the same letter from PA legislators and he certified anyway. This is what Trump meant by doing the right thing. If a state asks for time, the VP who was not present and does not know the details should have given them that time.

At least we are certain that Pence is a backstabber (we actually saw him receive payment), traitor and thinks he is still relevant.
