Not good for your liver - my friend's son got a fatal liver disease. He never drank nor did drugs but he did take Tylenol since he was a child. His hepatologist told him that it was probably the Tylenol which was responsible. I won't take it and I did not give it to our children nor our grandchildren. We take aspirin or baby aspirin.
Many of the cases first diagnosed as Reye's were later found to be other illnesses.
