Thank you for that link.. I was unaware of the entire story.. for people committing heinous crimes, such as those in Our “MOSTLY PEACEFUL RIOTS”, SEVERE Punishment is needed as a deterrent.. and if the people were getting those punishments for that type of crime, I agree with your response !!
