hmmm guy who wants to implant chips in people's brains... sure..he was INVOLVED with a part of this process. He is a TRANSHUMANIST .and he gained a lot of funding off the back of the Govt to financially grow his businesses while also running "his" company in China (in China, CHINA owns the companies)
