Thank you for that. That SCOTUS accepted it is hopeful. I believe DJT is trying to use all legal means necessary to avoid mayhem and civil war, but also to establish precedence for future threats. If/when all legal methods are exhausted due to failure on behalf of possibly corrupt SC justices, that's when MIL can legally be implemented. Otherwise, the international community will not recognize DJT's legitimacy, and all will be for naught. All eyes are watching, not just from within.
