I took it as an intentional misspelling of "denier". Have no idea what DINIER is about.

Dinier is rich person comms for a fraction agent that cultivates useful idiots, usually a powerful idiot. For example, Karl Rove is the Dinier for the Bush Clan's money flows. Rove is specifically Bush's Dinier
