1 problem for the patient. As you enter the hospital you are given a form to sign. They brush it off as just your permission for them to treat you. Nobody ever reads that form and signs it anyway. You need to read EVERYTHING you are asked to sign, scratch out what is incorrect or anything you dont agree with. Also when you sign add in 'signed under duress'.
