Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

We started eating a low-carb. Not keto, just low-carb. It takes her a little longer to drop the weight, but it works great. They have all different types of wraps for food now that are low carb. I use them for everything. We don’t even eat bread anymore. I actually like it, I like it a lot. I still have a sweet tooth though, so I eat the Atkins desserts or candies, or whatever you wanna call them. They have a low net, carbs, and some of them have a high protein count as well. I just need one a day to soothe my sweet tooth , other than that, there’s so many great things that you can eat that are low carb, and I’m liking the way that we’re eating now I don’t always feel sick after eating a huge sandwich with all that bread.
