Does that mean they meet on the 6th to decide whether or not they hear the case, or have they decided to hear the case and this is when proceedings start? Not a law-type person, so not sure what's involved with a conference.

what I've seen and heard suggests they will decide at this conference whether they want to adjudicate on it, or pass on it.
