I hoped something would have happened before the lame duck session since they are threatening to change the Supreme Court.....things are going to get pretty rough.
It seems they will hold a conference and introduce the Brunson case on the 6th
If they intend to proceed, then on the 9th - 11th argue the validity of that case. It could be one or all of those days
Following another conference, whether pertaining to that case or not
Then a holiday followed by two more argument days (rebuttals?) and
One additional conference day and another conference day
We do not know if all of the days in January are set aside specifically for this particular case. And are the conference days and non argument days deemed as SCOTUS ruling days?
Conclusion; If following the conference days allotted and the SCOTUS rules (votes) on this case, we may have public knowledge of their ruling as soon as Jan 13th, 2023 or as late as Jan 20th, 23rd/24th, 2023.
What does “All public lectures are temporarily suspended” mean in relation to the case if anything? Or is it just boiler plate language?
Maybe a constitutional lawfag will step in and educate us on just what this means.
Hopefully Thanks!
That will be just right for giving Trump two additional years without going over!
6 more years!
Not sure about this logic. Wouldn't one day reset the 8 year consecutive count?
Stay tuned. False flag incoming!
