Perhaps it's the White hats (military & SS) that are actually on Biden's detail. And it was the Deep State (CIA) players that destroyed the vehicles for whatever reason. Maybe the CIA-Deep State players learned something about those White hat rented vehicles that became a liability and so they had to destroy them. GPS tracking? NSA surveillance, DNA evidence?
