Don't know how he was caught, but it's very rare for an individual to receive nudes from someone who's underage, leading to their arrest. There's no one to report that 99 percent of the time
Dude likely fell for one of the thousands of honeypots set up by law enforcement. It's how the FBI "fights human trafficking". Go after all of the little fish and never look into the people raping the kids or the many alleged pedo rings
