Probably related to police. The weird thing is that are in the 80s was not upscale, not even in the 90s or 2000s. If she’s 60s and has lived in that unit since the 80s she moved there at in her 30s? Wouldn’t really make sense in Southie at that time for a single woman to own a unit in that part of city. Likely a dump too, body parts storage for elites of beacon hill and back bay
