I just ordered a 1947 Webster's Complete Reference.

I saw that someone a week ago or so had posted their 1949 edition. I decided I wanted a reference book from before the hard propaganda of modern times. 35 bucks after shipping and tax. I'm looking forward to getting it and doing some research. This will also probably jump-start a vintage book collecting addiction

Noice one. I actually am seeking for one that is before 1940s, I figured there’s be less propaganda around that time also.
