Today, my heart rate is elevated and I don't like it. Never again.
Today is my first official day sober with the intent of never going back. Ever onward.

Will do, sir. I will not fail this time, because I have God and Jesus on my side now.
I try to start every day being thankful and end every day the same way, with my focus on Him.

The enormity of my sins is hitting me at the moment, I just want to fall to my knees in sorrow for what I've done. I take that as a good sign, though.
